Leopoldine Wancar (nee Kunz)

Passed into another realm on August 2, 2018. Poldi had a larger than life personality and will be dearly missed. Predeceased by her beloved husband, Stefan Wancar (1978) and beloved brother, Artur Kunz (1992) and sister Hildegard Kunz. Poldi was very loved by her daughter and best friend, Dina Wancar-Cuevas (Miguel), brother Alfred Kunz (Dana), sister Margaret Eilender (Ernie), precious nephews, Ruediger Kunz (Sigrid), Nico Kunz and Johannes Kunz. Poldi's zest for life, laughter and love for her family and friends will always be in our hearts. Friends will be received at the G.H. Hogle Funeral Home, 63 Mimico Ave., Etobicoke on Friday August 10th from 7-9 p.m and on Saturday August 11th from 2 p.m. at Martin Luther Evangelical Lutheran Church, 2379 Lake Shore Blvd W, Etobicoke (West of Park Lawn Rd.) prior to a celebration of her life at 3 p.m. Reception to follow. Her ashes will be laid to rest at Cote-Des-Neiges Cemetery, Montreal Quebec on August 13th at 3:30 p.m. Condolences may be left at www.holgle.ca
