Ann was a beloved Mother of 3 sons, Ian, Stephen and Kevin, Sister to David and Lynn,
Grandmother to 6 grandchildren and Aunt to 2 nieces and 2 nephews.
Ann, a born and bred “Scouser” from Liverpool, came to Canada in 1986 and immediately fell
in love with Toronto and made it her permanent home in February of 1989.
She started her own bookkeeping business and ran that successfully until her death at age 76.
“Who has time for retirement?” she would say.
She bought a condo in a great location, was a big part of the success of that condo board and
made many, many good friends there.
Of all the things she has to be proud of, her family was always the thing that she knew, she
had done right.
Not bad for a single mum who would walk to work everyday as she only had enough money for
her kids to take the bus.
She passed away suddenly on November 2nd 2019. She will be greatly missed by all but
forgotten by none.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 17, 2019 at the G.H. Hogle Funeral Home, 63 Mimico Ave., Etobicoke, ON. from 1:00 p.m. until time of the Celebration of Life service at 2 p.m. Reception to follow.
