James Smith, passed peacefully on January 12, 2020 in his 75th year. He will be remembered by his loving wife of 50 years Susan Smith, his children Tim and Neil (Jessy), and his grandchild Andrew. James will also be remembered for his involvement with the Spinal Cord Injuries and Paraplegic Association, Rick Hansen Foundation, March of Dimes, and Chartered Accountant Association. Further distinctions include the Medal for Volunteerism from the Queen 1952 – 2002. James loved Harp Lake where he spent his summers since 1972. The family would like to thank Dr. Preston. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 16, 2020 at 1 p.m. at the G.H. Hogle Funeral Home, 63 Mimico Avenue, Toronto, ON.
