Sandra Mary O'Neill (Parsons) passed away peacefully in Toronto, Ontario, on her milestone 75th birthday. A true phenomenon for a phenomenal woman! Sandra fought a difficult battle with bladder cancer until she finally surrendered on her birthday. Devoted wife to Douglas O'Neill and loving mother to Shane and Colleen. Sandra is also survived by her grand-children Kayla ( Matthew)Christopher (Tarah) and her great grandchildren Kaia and Rylan. Sandra will be deeply missed by all who knew her and by her extended family and friends everywhere.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
