Passed peacefully at Cawthra Gardens, November 12, 2020. Beloved wife of the late Harry Neill. Dear mother of Colin (Pam), Raymond (Karen), Deborah, and Jennifer Emmerson (Jim), and Gran to nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Eileen was born in Surrey, England on November 23, 1921. She was a war-bride and arrived in Canada in 1945, only a few weeks after the war in Europe ended. She joined her husband in his native Toronto and together they made the city their home.
