Janet, Tony, Josie, Anna & families: I am heartbroken for you. It's hard to lose someone you love at any time but especially during this time that you are not able to see family and friends for support and to celebrate your dad's life. I have fond memories of dinners at your parent's house but my fondest memory of your dad is a dinner at Brian and Janet's house with both our families there and my husband, Murray and I had the pleasure of sitting next to your mom and dad, it was truly the best dinner party I ever attended! The four of us laughed and laughed with silly stories and crazy jokes, I think everyone else was wondering why we were having so much fun at our end of the table! Sending you love and strength. RIP Luigi.

A lifetime of memories and It comes down to this... Uncle Louie and Uncle Vince were helping my brother Pat and I install ceramic tiles in Pat's kitchen. Louie and Pat at one end of the kitchen and Vince and I at the opposite end of the kitchen, laying tile in teams of two. Well really, Louie and Vince were laying the tile, me and Pat were handing them the tiles. So out of the blue Louie says to me "Hey Frank, can you catch?" Puzzled, I look over to him at the other end of the room and respond "yeah, I can catch". Then, Louie rips one of the loudest farts imaginable without giving any expression. A few seconds later I say "Hey Louie, I can also pitch." Then I rip a loud fart right back at him. Both Louie and Vince continue to lay tile without skipping a beat, nothing more than a smirk on both of their faces. Pat and I just laugh then continue to hand them tiles. That is the essence of the Cocomello brotherhood and I'm glad that we are part of this incredible family. I like to think that uncle Louie has been called back to Spigno by his brothers and sister, after all they have to plough the fields.

Dear Gelosomina, Tony, Josie, Anna, Janet and family. May the memories of your Dad at his best be the memories you cherish forever. I know this will be true. He was such a wonderful man; always laughing and smiling and caring. He gave the best that he was to everyone. My memories of him will be with me my entire life. I was blessed to have him as an uncle. I hope this time brings peace and solace knowing he is now over his last years and with the spirit of God. May he rest in peace, forever.
With love, Matthew, Christian and Tony Cocomello.
