Obituary for Angela Del Vecchio
Angela Maria Del Vecchio (nee Iannone) – May 20, 1925 –November 8, 2021).
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Angela Maria Del Vecchio (husband, Carmine predeceased). She leaves behind her cherished daughter Maria (Keenan) and Dora (predeceased). Sadly missed by her grandchildren, Alfonse (Rosa) Marisa (Angelo), Carmen (Daniella) and great grandchildren, Anthony, Micheal, Teadora, Evangelina, Jake. Missed by son-in-law Tony Checchia (Conchetta). Remembered by sister-in-law, Lucia and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Angela was born in Roseto, Italy. She and her children (Dora, Maria) joined her husband in Canada in 1954. She was a women with strong family values and faith. Her legacy will live on through her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Angela joins her husband, Carmen, brother Andrea, sisters, Catrina, Carmela and Donata. Sister-in-law Josephine, Brother-in-laws, Pasquele, Leo & Benny.
May you rest in eternal Peace. Visitation will be held at the G. H. Hogle Funeral Home, 63 Mimico Avenue, Etobicoke, Ontario. Visitation hours Friday, November 12, 2021, 2 p.m to 4 p.m, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, November 13, 2021 at 10 a.m. at Holy Angels Catholic Church, 61 Jutland Road, Etobicoke, Ontario. Interment at Glendale Mauseleum.
