With great sadness in her 83rd year, with her family by her side, Eleanor passed away after a long battle with cancer on October 30, 2022. She is survived by her two sons Michael and Randy and daughter-in-law Diane. Loving grandmother to Jessica (Chris), Ryan (Ashley) and Rebecca (Brandon) and great-grandmother to Gavin, Penelope, Emery, Ethan, Rosie and Phoebe. She will be missed by her sisters Susan Simurda (Steve), Bernice Wilhelmson, the late Sharon Bishop (Alan-passed) and brother Alfie Lyman (Mary). Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews.

A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful staff of The Dorothy Ley Hospice. Also, thank you to the doctors and nurses who took care of our Mother for the past three years.

Visitation will be held on Saturday November 26, 2022 from 12-1 p.m. at the G.H. Hogle Funeral Home, 63 Mimico Avenue, Toronto, ON, service to follow at 1 p.m. in the chapel.
