Karin Ana Disselkoen, age 78, passed away on Sunday, March 26th and was surrounded by her loving family. Karin was born in Chuquicamata, Chile (South America) on November 6, 1944, daughter of the late Dorothy Hauser Schlack and Dr. Pablo Schlack. Karin was very involved with Christ St James Church; participating in many of the Church functions and events. She enjoyed helping others, spending time with family and friends, but most of all sharing her love of Jesus. Karin is survived by her husband of 55 years, Gerardo Disselkoen, her son, Christian; and her daughter, Marion. Her brother Pablo Schlack, and his son Felipe (Angie); her sister Delia, brother-in-law Carlos (Sandra); and her 3 nephews, Carlos (Casey); Mattias (Alejandra); Sebastian (Valentina); and by her 8 great nieces and nephews (Isidora,
Olivia, Clemente, Julian, Mattias Jr., Isabel, Martin, and Mariana). Funeral services will be held at Christ St James Church (194 Parklawn Rd) on Saturday, April 1 st at noon.
