It is with deep sadness that the family of Sam Piscione announce his passing on April 28, 2023 at St. Michael’s hospital in Toronto.  Sam is the loving husband of Claudette, dear father of Frances (Martin Estrada) and Christopher and loving Grampy of Aria.  Dear son of Angelo and the late Margherita Piscione.  Brother of Gino (Ann) and brother-in-law to Antoinette (Mark Peterson).  Uncle to Joseph Peterson (Devyn) and Nicole (Vincent Caruso).  Sam will be lovingly remembered by his aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends. 

Friends and family will be received at the G.H. Hogle Funeral Home, 63 Mimico Ave., Toronto on Tuesday, May 2^nd and Wednesday May 3^rd from 2-4 & 6-9 p.m..  Funeral Mass to be held on Thursday May 4^th at 9 a.m. in St. Leo’s Catholic Church, 277 Royal York Rd., Toronto.  Burial to follow at Glen Williams Cemetery, Glen Williams, Ontario.

Donations to a charity of your choice, in Sam’s name, would be appreciated.  The family would like to thank the medical teams of Princess Margaret Hospital, Toronto General Hospital and St. Michael’s Hospital for their loving care.  As well, a special thank you to all the friends and neighbours for their love and support through this difficult time.
