Dear Pam, Pat and Teresa, My heart broke as I read Pam’s email about Miles. No words can bring you comfort right now and your grief is overwhelming I am sure. Just know that my prayers are with you Pam and Pat and your family and Miles’ friends and loved ones. I will always remember Miles as a young boy/teen – full of energy, mischievous, and having a saucy grin and being full of love for his Mother - and for life. Life was never boring with Miles…. Pam your stories you told to me as we worked together of him as a young lad always made me laugh and smile. He was always keeping you on your toes and we did laugh together many times about his adventures - did we not? Remember those good times… He is at peace now. And if we know Miles on to new adventures. On hearing of Miles passing I believe you Pam should be told… You were - and have always been a truly supportive, loving and caring Mother…. The best Mother a son could have - bar none. Never doubt that. I saw it by your concern, care, love, advice and assistance you gave and offered Miles over the years. To his family anmd friends, stay strong and please take care of yourselves. And Pam - you know if you need anything – please call me – day or night…at anytime. Please do not hesitate to call…. I wish I was closer just to give you a hug and sit with you with a cup of tea… And try to bring you some comfort. It is not to be… So this small note will have to convey my sadness on hearing this news and my ache I feel for you my friend in my heart for your loss. I send you my love and my prayers to help you all through this time. Give a hug to Pat for me as well…. And please tell Teresa she too is in my prayers.
