It is with deep sorrow that the Cioffi Family announce the peaceful passing of Giuseppe (Joe) Cioffi on June 4th, 2017. Born in Cervinara, Avellino on December 1st, 1939, he immigrated to Canada in 1957. Loving husband to Maria (Finelli) for more than 54 years, cherished father to Tony (Nicki), Danny (Rozanne) and Angela (Bob), and adored Nonno to his grandchildren Michael, Joseph, Joseph, Nicholas, Meghan, Matthew, Mercedes, Ashley (Jon) and Mike. He is predeceased by his mother Angelamaria, father Antonio, sister Anna, brother Pasquale, sister Rosa and grand-daughter Jadyn Hope. He is leaving behind his sisters Rita, Vincenza (Corrado) and Lina (Bruno), his brother Mandato (Giuseppina) and Filomena, wife of the late Pasquale; and his in-laws Giuseppe (Maria) Finelli, Lucia LaPenna, Donata Cautillo, and all his nieces, nephews and friends in Canada and Italy.

Visitation will be held at G.H. Hogle Funeral Home on Tuesday, June 6th, 2017 from 2-4 pm and 6-9 pm.
Funeral Mass will be held at Holy Angels Church Wednesday, June 7th, 2017 at 10:00 a.m.
Entombment to follow, will be held at Glendale Memorial Gardens.
If desired, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Dorothy Ley Hospice in Etobicoke and St. Joseph Hospital in Toronto.
